The best way to track your deliveries is through USA Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.

PACKAGE INSURANCE

We offer Protect My Order during checkout to protect your order from any lost/damaged in transit and theft (only where your parcel has been left without authority) . The fee is paid by the customer and is a non refundable insurance protection. Protect My Order does not cover

Incorrect addresses.
Authority for someone to accept parcel from your local post office

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, nutriessentialf cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE / SIGNATURE RELEASE

This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave your package on the property if or when nobody is there to receive it. This means a signature is not required upon delivery. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. nutriessentialf is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen unless during transit. We advise you to select “Signature Required” if there is nowhere safe to leave a parcel.
Authority to leave includes authorisations by property and/or individual/business.

AUTHORITY FOR SOMEONE TO COLLECT PARCEL FROM YOUR POST OFFICE

This gives the Post Office employees to hand over your parcel to the nominated name requested on your tracking number link or web app. Once your parcel is marked delivered and accepted by the individual you have nominated, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. nutriessentialf is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen unless during transit.

OTHER SCENARIOS
If your parcel is being delivered to a building that contains multiple apartments/units/businesses and someone signs for your parcel i.e. concierge, reception – this is deemed as successfully delivered. nutriessentialf takes no responsibility for any parcels not received in this scenario. To avoid this situation please utilise parcel collect, parcel lockers or alternative arrangements.
